1/2Kg de bonito o atún fresco.
1kg de patatas
4 dientes de ajo
2 cebollas
1/2 kg de tomates
2 pimientos verdes
guisantes
zanahorias
1 pimiento rojo
aceite
unas gotas de tabasco o picante.
sal
Ponemos el aceite en la cazuela a fuego lento (me gusta freir la cebolla y los ajos suave, porque quedan más tiernos y le da un sabor muy rico), echamos en este orden: la cebolla picadita, los pimientos en tiras pequeñas y los ajos prensados con el prensador de ajos o muy picados, según tu gusto. Dejar hasta que quede todo blando.
Pelamos los tomates y los cortamos a dados y añadir. Añadimos las patatas, peladas y cortadas a trozos regulares (suficientemente pequeños como para que podamos echarlas a la boca), unos cuantos guisantes y una zanahoria en rodajas. Añadimos suficiente agua como para que quede todo cubierto.
Cuando veamos que las patatas están tiernas, añadimos el bonito, sin piel ni espinas y cortado a tacos. Añadimos un puñado de sal, el picante y dejamos 20 minutos.
Si te ha quedado mas o menos asÃ, es porque lo has hecho bien.
Lo guay es hacerlo en cazuela de barro, es lo suyo. Es como más tradicional, y si lo sirves en la mesa en la cazuela de barro triunfas seguro.
