Voy a hacer la cura de las uvas, luego os contaré si me ha resultado. Empezaré mañana, durante 3 dÃas.
La cura de uvas puedes realizarla de forma puntual durante sólo un dÃa pero para notar los efectos purificantes y de drenaje en la piel te aconsejamos que la sigas entre 3 y 5 dÃas.
Es una cura ideal para hacer los primeros dÃas del Otoño ya que asà limpiamos nuestro organismo para prepararlo bien y afrontar mejor el Invierno (muchas personas observan que se resfrÃan menos).
Las uvas son ricas en vitaminas A, B y C; contienen glucosa, hierro, cobre, magnesio y fósforo en forma de lecitina. Todas estas propiedades hacen de la uva un alimento que muy beneficioso para el organismo.
Además, su alto contenido calórico la hace perfecta para la dieta puesto que permite recargar fácilmente la energÃa con la ventaja añadida de que, aunque se coma en gran cantidad, no engorda. Su jugo se digiere fácilmente y presenta propiedades diuréticas que ayudan a drenar lÃquidos y eliminar toxinas, purificando, asÃ, todo el organismo.
PROPIEDADES Y BENEFICIOS
Su alto contenido en Potasio lahace excelente para enfermos cardÃacos, personas que tomandiuréticos quÃmicos o que toman regularmente laxantes.

LA DIETA
Tal como ya hemos indicado, la cura de uvas consiste en tomar uvas como único alimento. Recuerda que puedes realizarla en un perÃodo que comprendido entre 1 y 5 dÃas, durante los cuales deberás alternar las comidas a base de uvas con sus zumos.
La cantidad total de uvas que debes consumir durante un dÃa, para garantizar el correcto aporte energético, va de 1,5 a 3kg. Dosificalas en 5 tomas repetidas a lo largo del dÃa y alternalas con el consumo de zumo de uvas para ayudar a la depuración de toxinas.
INDICACIONES
Es importante lavar bien las uvas y comerlas con piel ya que allà están la mayorÃa de sus propiedades. Masticándolas bien nos sentiremos más saciados y aumentaremos sudigestibilidad.
El beber abundante zumo de uva nos ayuda a potenciar el efecto diurético.
TEN EN CUENTA
Aunque permite seguir con nuestro dÃa adÃa es recomendable hacer coincidir la cura con unos dÃas de descanso o con elfin de semana.
Esta dieta no está recomendada para los diabéticos por su contenido en hidratos de rápida absorción.
