La forma de hacer la pipirrana en Almería es utilizar todos los ingredientes tal cual, muy picaditos o asados, con el bacalao asado y desmenuzado y las aceitunas picadas. Se mezcla muy bien todo.
Se aliña todo con aceite y vinagre o si se desea se puede sustituir el vinagre por limón.
